Returns & Exchanges

Our returns window

We accept returns for 30 days from the day your order is delivered. This is in addition to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal available to consumers in the European Union.

Condition

Items must be unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging. We cannot accept pieces that show signs of wear, or that have been altered or resized.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the item you want to return and we will send instructions. Please do not post anything back before contacting us.

Return shipping

Return postage is arranged and paid for by you, unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect — in which case we cover it.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is checked, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are available within the same 30 days, subject to stock. If you are unsure about sizing, our size guides usually settle it before you order.

Items we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, send us photographs and your order number and we will replace or refund it in full.
