Cost

Shipping is free worldwide on every order, with tracking from dispatch to door.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination. These are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by customs and carrier delays.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can stay quiet for several days while a parcel is in transit. If nothing changes for 10 business days, contact us and we will chase it.

Customs and import charges

Orders delivered outside the European Union may attract import duties, taxes or handling fees set by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the recipient’s responsibility.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we will put it right.
